It’s been about 6 months, and we’re excited.

There have been so many inconsistencies and fuck-ups towards launch day, and i thought I should write up something to document this, uh, well, glorious day.

I don’t write, at all, so mind whatever mistakes I may make. Thanks

Yeah so, the plan was to run a kind of delivery service in school and well at first it seemed easy. We figured all we had to do was buy food from the stores and deliver them to the people who ordered them.

So since we were all devs we broke the problem down and we started building and we built and built… and built. We built for six months and we were almost ready, at least we thought we were.

Then something happened. We found out we had competition. Oh well. We had that coming. The problem the wasn’t that we had competition, the problem was that all the six months of our building was spent in isolation, meaning we didn’t publicize to the world what we were doing and that made us unstable immediately.

We eventually got our shit together and started planning our marketing/publicity strategy. We got banners, stickers, flyers and we’re even planning to shoot shoot a video next weekend. We’ve had so much help and I wanna thank all the people that have helped us, if I start mentioning names, I’d be here for a while. These people helped us get a TV interview, bicycles, would-be sponsors, etc. To you all again I say thank you.

So, yeah, we gotten all this stuff down but what we didn’t have is delivery guys (Runners as we called them), all of the guys we trusted to help us with deliveries when we were still building deserted us at the last minute. So, we decided to do the deliveries ourselves. Believe me, we still dunno what know what we were signing up for.

Well we launch in a few and I hope everything goes smoothly.
